Firsts

I did it again. Posted accidentally. Sorry.

So two firsts that I would like to inform you about…

1) I witnessed a seizure today. It was kind of scary. I am glad that I now know what to do if I ever have a resident have one. I yell HELP loudly… It was also interesting to watch the nurses and everyone react to it. I felt bad for the lady; it didn’t look like something anyone would enjoy going through.

2) I have, for the first time in my life, played a game too much. I have been playing Sims 2 a lot lately. I love the game. But, I find myself thinking about it when I am not playing it. I also talk in Sims, not like their language but the actions. I also observe other people as if they were Sims, and I want to order people around in the Sim fashion. I know, it’s sick isn’t it?

Well I believe that is all of firsts.

I worked tonight after being off for over a week. As I told Justin, it wasn’t hell. I sure don’t enjoy it very much though, but it’s a good paying job.

I am excited for this weekend. I think I just like sunny days. I have a family party to go to on Saturday, and I am glad Justin is going with me. And SRA is on Sunday so that will be fun.

Well I am going to go away now. Nighty night.

I am Back

Yeah, so there are two posts titled this, and the previous one is blank. My bad for hitting enter!

Well Sonshine was great. My favorite band was Casting Crowns, followed by Audio Adrenaline, Newsboys, and Mercy Me. Switchfoot was okay, but not God centered which is what they should have been.

There I chose to sponsor a child through Compassion International. Her name is Sanita and she is almost four years old. If any of you is looking for a way to donate your money besides in the offering plate at church, this is a great way to do it.

I love Justin.

I may have more to say, but I don’t know. I am going to go pull weeds now I think. I will update soon!

Away we go!

In just a few short hours, I will be traveling to Willmar for Sonshine Festival. YAY! I am very excited. If you don’t know what this is, I shall tell you. It is an outdoor Christian music festival. We will camp out there and watch over 100 bands. There are also a couple of speakers during the festival which are always great to listen to. Justin, John, John’s bro Steve, and I are all going together. The church is also going, but they are going separately.

In other news… um… I don’t really have other news.

Justin and I are doing very well. We have had some challenges over the past month, but we are coming out of them very well. We have started praying together. This has been really important to me. It has helped me to pray more. Praying was something that I have sruggled with much of the past; I just never did it, or at least not very often. So I am feeling closer to God and closer to Justin.

I am enjoying all of your comments and I appreciate you all reading my site. I have been trying to update more than I have before.

I haven’t heard anything from you about saltwater aquariums, which could be because no one knows. But if you do, I would love to hear it. I am also looking for a 40-65 gallon aquarium to purchase or have if it is not wanted. So if anyone knows of one…

Well I won’t be posting for a few days unless Willmar High decided to put in high powered wireless. So have a wonderful weekend!

Wonderful Now

Today was my first day off after four days of working. It was wonderful! I started off my day too tired to get out of bed, but I did anyways. After that, it was off to the Roseville Petco.

At this location there was an adoption fair occurring where we brought our 6 kittens to hopefully be adopted. No such luck today, but we did only go home with 3 of them, since six in one room was driving them crazy. (Another foster took them home with her.)

While I was there, I decided that I want to start a saltwater aquarium. Not too long ago, I fell in love with a beautiful fish, who looks like Dori (sp?) from Finding Nemo. That type of fish is so gorgeous. I am just waiting to hear back from my uncle to see if he has any supplies and/or an aquarium that he is not using. If any of you have tips or comments about saltwater aquariums, let me know!

After we dropped our kittens off at home, mom and I went to WalMart. She bought a porch swing, which she is thrilled about. We had to go today because there were only 5 left and my mom would have been crushed.

Then we came home and Justin was there. Today was our date night. We started it off by picking up KFC. Then we took it to the drive in. There we enjoyed War of the Worlds and Mr. & Mrs. Smith. I fell asleep during Mr. & Mrs. Smith, and Justin will not tell me how it ended, so if anyone knows, please tell me!

BTW, I am sorry if I offended anyone with my comments.

I should get in bed now because church is in the morning. Very early. We leave for Sonshine on Wednesday! YAY!!!!!! John, tell me the plan!

Goodnight moon.
